Our health tourism services entail full and comprehensive medical care support to the UK for medical treatments.

Sick note request
Appointment for Pharmacist Note
We can issue a private sick note after an assessment consultation if unwell or experiencing a health condition and unable to go to work or attend university.
We can only issue a sick note for a maximum of fourteen days and cover a current period ONLY. This
note can only be provided on our letterhead and not the Med3 notes which can be obtained only from an NHS setting. In our note, we will conclude “fit for work”, “unfit for work” or “may be fit for work” subject to some adaptations in the workplace or role-based.
